UNIT 5 : What do you think about healthy food? 



I think that a person have to eat healthy food since he was a child, because healthy food helps childs to growing up, be healthy and give them energy for the diary activities.
If a person had a healthy lifestyle, they are going to have a good life in the future, reducing the diseases.
whether a person have a healthy lifestyle (eat healthy food and do exercises), they can lose some weight, low the cholesterol level and have a good life.

Top 10 Healthiest Foods In the world

Dark chocolate
The chocolate contains more antioxidants, gram-for-gram, than most fruit juices - great news for chocoholics! On top of protecting the body from diseases and helping to prevent heart conditions, dark chocolate is a natural mood-booster.

Banana
The banana is the world’s most popular fruit. 
Banana contains a high amount of potassium, fiber and vitamin B6 helps to keep your immune system in good working order. Bananas also contain a high amount of vitamin C.

Sweet Potato
 Sweet Potatoes are rich in dietary fiber, beta carotene, complex carbohydrates, vitamin C, vitamin B6, as well as carotene (the pink, yellow ones).
The Center for Science in the Public Interest, USA, compared the nutritional value of sweet potatoes to other vegetables.17 The sweet potato ranked number one, when vitamins A and C, iron, calcium, protein and complex carbohydrates were considered.

Spinach
Spinach, is very rich in antioxidants, especially when uncooked, steamed or very lightly boiled. It is a good source of vitamins A, B6, C, E and K, as well as selenium, niacin, zinc, phosphorus, copperfolic acid, potassium, calcium, manganese, betaine, and iron.

Garlic
Garlic is rich in manganese, calcium, phosphorus, selenium, and vitamins B6 and C, so it's beneficial for your bones as well as your thyroid. It's thought that much of garlic's therapeutic effect comes from its sulfur-containing compounds, such as allicin, which are also what give it its characteristic smell.

Salmon
Have oil in their tissues and around the gut. Their lean fillets contain up to 30% oil, specifically, omega-3 fatty acids. These oils are known to provide benefits for the heart, as well as the nervous system.

Walnut
With more antioxidants than any other nut, walnuts are also brimming with Vitamin E, and rich in plant serums, omega 3 oils, and healthy fats.

Avocado
Avocados are  very rich in B vitamins, as well as vitamin K and vitamin E and have a very high fiber content of 25% soluble and 75% insoluble fiber.
Studies have shown that regular avocado consumption lowers blood cholesterol levels.

Apple
Apples are an excellent source of antioxidants, which combat free radicals. Free radicals are damaging substances generated in the body that cause undesirable changes and are involved in the aging process and some diseases.

Almond
Almonds are rich in nutrients, including magnesium, vitamin E, iron, calcium, fiber, and riboflavin. A scientific review published in Nutrition Reviews3 found that almonds as a food may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
